Sadistic pleasure: Being Inhuman

There are all sorts of people in this society. There are people who work hard for their living, others who live on others hard work, some others who live to serve. There are good people and bad people. There are yet another kind of people who belong to sadistic category. They derive pleasure out of bothering and torturing other people and their property.

The other day Sekhar, an acquaintance of mine was on a street next to a car. He came across a senseless guy(you will soon figure out why I called him so) who stopped his bike and approached a car which was parked to one side of the street. The car looked new. He used his bike keys and scratched the car. Sekhar, apalled by what he saw, asked him - "Hey brother, what is this?". The stupid guy replies- "This car doesn't belong to you. Why do u bother? Mind your own business?" What kind of an idiot behaves in that way? How can you damage something that you cannot fix?? What is your right on something that is not yours?

I can totally understand if kids do that out of ignorance. Still, I should blame their parents or elders for not teaching them not to damage others property. But, if an adult, who can drive a bike does that, I really don't know what to call him? What the hell will he teach his children?? How will they turn to be?? How can you be happy by causing pain to others? Will you be able to sleep conveniently? Don't you even think about the stuff that you do over the day and realize how inhuman you have been?

In the name of God...

God - The power supreme.. Everyone is equal to him.. people of all the castes, regions, poor, rich.. everyone! However, this doesn't seem to be reflecting in the world. If a person is rich and can shell out money, he can get the quickest possible darshan, loads of blessings from the priest,  VIP services and what not! Not only is he finding a deviation from the equality, he is making the other people wait for the darshan by stopping their line till the rich man leaves the temple premises. What kind of injustice is this? I get really annoyed at those people who leisurely do the work knowing that there are hundreds of people waiting for many hours in the line to take a look at Him for may be just one second and because of you.. and people like you, they have to wait for more and more number of hours.

Gone are those days when the people of certain castes were not allowed certain privileges in the temple. Welcome to the days when its the turn of the people who cannot give thousands of rupees to be deprived of a whole lot of privileges. When will we learn? We agree that what happened in the past was not fair.. Then what is happening in the present? Why are you directly or indirectly supporting it? Why are you folks, who always serve the God, showing differences in the name of money? Aren't you the ones who should be preaching otherwise? And why are you folks with loads of money spoiling the society with your hurry? You might be busy.. But you have to understand that everyone else is equally busy in their respective works. You have to place yourself in their shoes before you start thinking about breaking the line.

There are certain places like Chilkoor Balaji temple in Hyderabad, where the huge rush is managed so well and everyone is treated equal. There are no special darshan tickets, no special pooja fee etc. I really love such places.  Our wishes will be granted at those places where the purity of the place is maintained. I think its high time we change and not commercialize our beautiful treasures.
